What is Managed service?

Managed services is an activity where a service provider supports customers or performs system administration and service administration activities on behalf of customers to help customers improve system performance according to their needs. Service-level agreement (SLA), the service provider can provide seamless monitoring, IT problem resolution and reporting, etc.

The Customer and HKC will adopt the SLA to define exactly what services will be provided and the level of services that will be provided, as well as the metrics to measure the success of these services.
